• To be responsible to develop, deploy, supervising, validate quality standards, quality management system, quality control plan, and condition management from begin to end to ensure product quality meets customer expectation.
• Create project work plans and monitors progress; understands team role; able to work many tasks simultaneously.
• Works closely with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.

− BS degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical
engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
− Be able to communicate and write in English
− Experience of quality tool: FMEA, SPC, 5Whys, Problem solving, ISO 9001.
− At least 5 years in similar role at international manufacturing company.
− Work independently with limited supervision
− Experience in process control.
