Senior Procurement & Logistics

- Processes requisitions into purchase orders for routine, repetitive, materials, equipment, instrument and
services for project, trading, maintenance and warehouse stock.
- Identifies and selects suppliers based on various criteria, including price, availability, and quality; relies
heavily on requisitioner input, prior purchases, current agreements, and other procurement adviser.
- Coordinates with requisitioners and suppliers to obtain and provide feedback regarding technical
aspects of purchases, delivery requirements, order status, and expected delivery dates or to resolve
supply issues, may obtain ongoing material requirements and related data to analyze and support
procurement agreement development and/or supplier evaluations, maintains a positive business
relationship with suppliers
- Assures procurement procedures and guidelines are followed by becoming thoroughly familiar with
them and identifying issues as they arise, may recommend and participate in their implementation, may
participate in training personnel
- Monitors PO's, contracts and suppliers for open PO's/contracts, contacts suppliers, and takes action to
assure materials and services are delivered when needed; may update supplier performance measures
- Supervise import and export activities and handle situations related to customs declaration and taxation
- Reconciled invoices for payment by working with Accouting, seeks understanding and works with
Accouting to prevent future discrepancies.
- Another assignments or tasks assigned by Managers.

- A minimum of an BA Degree, in a technical or business related field is required.
- Knowledge of the environment, water treatment or construction field is a great advantage.
- Expericed knowledge of procurement/inventory control systems; understanding of customer/supplier
relationships, both internal and external. Basic skill in Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate reading and writing
skills by english, ability to communicate effectively with others, both written and verbal communication, ability to
perform intermediate mathematical calculations, good organizational skills, ability to effectively work on teams.
Must demonstrate capability to become proficient in existing and future procurement and/or inventory control
systems. Ability to work independently under close supervision. Business travel may require.
Organize exchange and negotiation meetings with suppliers and technicians. Train procurement subordinate
staff
- Some accounting background and experience with e Procurement systems, supervisory or managerial is
preferred
- Office based in HCM city at 102 Nguyen Xi street, ward 26, Binh Thanh District. 3% travel required by land and
air according to project required or support procurement activities in Hanoi.
Working time from Monday to Friday: (8:00 am - 17:45 pm), overtime required sometime as project schedule or
Manager assigment tasks
