Senior Procurement Specialist (Food Exp)

Partner with Legal, HAN&039;s Procurement manager and Finance team to draft, negotiate and execute for related construction contracts
Acts as Business Partner to all stake holders within HAN and at assigned Business Unit and align amongst
Owner of construction project&039;s procurement activities processes such as sourcing, bidding & pitching, Project Management timeline, (sub) contractor performance
Work with Strategic Procurement leadership to provide reporting and implementation assistance for category management and strategic sourcing efforts when necessary
Develops and manages reporting, benchmarking, and analytics tosupport the group procurement function particularly around spend categories, contract compliance, Procurement performance, supplier scorecards, and financial health
Work with IT and Procurement Manager to configure procurement technologies to support reporting and governance needs
Develops, together with both HAN Project team in North and South at assigned Business Unit project
Work with the HAN procurement team to input into and develop core Procurement cycle at outlet level and group level for all relevant Business Units

Ability to interface at all levels of the organization to solve compliance problems and ensure transparency of all procurement activities
Work independently and under high pressure to meet required deadlines and team leader
Necessary characteristics and virtues: careful, meticulous, honest, sensitive
Strong leadership capabilities.
Good in data/ figures and analytical & negotiation skills
4- 6 years of experience with sourcing, procurement operations, procurement consulting F&B (must have)
