Senior Procurement Staff (New Factory)

Follow and summarize initial inspection result from QA for each category of products to have action if having any problems.
Double-check production plan updated into SAP to guarantee correct information in SAP for MRP running.
Download MRP data to buyers and checking MRP result weekly to decide ordered quantity for Buyer’s action with suppliers, such as: PO released, Forecast released and report to Manager.
Follow and summarize process of new items’ development for each category.
Follow daily operations between procurement and production via SAP (control materials, liaise with departments, request materials for sample testing etc.)
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Make inventory report, cost report, expenses forecast.
Follow up-down trend of production quantity.
Check price updated into SAP weekly to make sure correct information updated into SAP.

Be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Education: University/ College
Be capable of handling multi-tasks, prioritizing and working with accuracy and attention to detail.
Have knowledge of procurement operations and at least 03 years of experience as procurement/purchasing staff.
Be capable of working well with management and staff at all levels.
Language: English communication and writing.
Can commute by motorbike to work (preferrable)
Have good analytical, strategic thinking, time management skills.
