Senior Producer

Project & Production Management:
- Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with vendors and external partners to ensure quality production and timely delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of all projects while maintaining high quality and creative standards.
- Coordinate between internal teams (Creative, Production, Marketing, and Decoration) to streamline workflows.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of creative projects, from planning to execution.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with the Creative, Production, Marketing, and Decoration teams to bring ideas to life.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and mentor junior producers and production coordinators to optimize workflows.
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Manage production budgets and optimize costs while maintaining high- quality output.
- Ensure vendors meet brand and project expectations in terms of aesthetics and execution.
- Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors for production needs, including equipment rentals, set designs, and technical support.

- Proven track record in managing complex creative projects, especially in nightlife, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with post- production workflows and tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience working with multiple teams and external vendors in high- paced environments.
- Strong negotiation skills for working with vendors and external partners.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of event production, set design, and large- scale creative execution.
- Ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, content production, or related roles.
