Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product development team of creative technologists and problem- solvers. This role focuses on crafting visually compelling marketing assets and intuitive digital products, with an emphasis on end- to- end visual and UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, and SaaS applications (e.g., payment portals and dashboards). The ideal candidate is a forward- thinking designer eager to explore modern design trends and tools.
Core Responsibilities:

Work closely with cross- functional teams to ensure designs meet quality and timeline expectations.
Present designs clearly to internal and global teams in English.
Manage multiple design tasks effectively in a fast- paced environment.
Lead ideation, whiteboarding, and collaborative sessions to define creative concepts.
Maintain visual consistency across products and channels while aligning with brand standards.
Deliver complete design solutions including conceptual web design, landing pages, UI elements, and sales decks.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with the SAFe Agile methodology.
Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.
Good English communication and presentation skills.
Ability to create clean, user- focused designs with strong attention to visual detail.
Experience using AI tools to support design processes and boost productivity, such as automating repetitive tasks or enhancing creative output.
Strong marketing and website design background, ideally from agency companies.
Independent, proactive, and solution- driven mindset.
7+ years of experience in graphic/visual, UI/UX, and product design.
Proficiency in Figma and hands- on experiences with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects...).

A strong portfolio showcasing relevant visual, UI/UX and product design work is required.
Things That Will Separate You From The Rest:

Skills in motion graphics or basic video editing.
Hands- on experience with Canva, Webflow or other no- code web design platforms.
Have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for smooth development handoff.

Education or Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or related field
