About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic product team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product by driving the design vision and strategy. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining problems, and crafting innovative solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to bring your vision to life.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product managers to define product requirements and prioritize features.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
Stay at the forefront of product design trends, methodologies, and technologies.
Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity designs using industry- standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Lead the end- to- end product design process, from initial research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and launch.
Define and articulate the product vision and design strategy in alignment with business goals.
Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
Work closely with engineers to ensure feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.
Champion a user- centered design approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
Conduct user research and market analysis to gain deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
Strong experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Design, Human- Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Deep understanding of user- centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
A passion for creating innovative and impactful user experiences.
Ability to think strategically and solve complex design problems.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and design process.
Proven experience leading design projects and driving design strategy.
Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
