As a Product Designer, you will to build a high- quality product and improve on it in future iterations, improve design of our web and mobile platforms, create exceptional user experiences, and develop innovative design solutions that drive engagement and adoption.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct research, usability testing, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
Transform new ideas from concept to implementation
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and technology
Collaborate with the design team to enhance design processes, principles, and tooling
Create effective design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity designs
Shape the design culture of a growing team through writing, external communication, and process improvement
Continuously refine the team&039;s design system documentation and processes
Collaborate with cross- departmental product teams to prioritize product features strategically
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong foundation in layout principles, hierarchy, typography, color theory, and motion design.
4+ years of experience in product design for web and mobile platforms
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in leveraging design systems and UI fundamentals to create polished interfaces
Strong portfolio showcasing design work in platforms, marketplaces, and strategic design decisions
Expertise in Figma and proficiency with prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie, InVision, Framer)
Experience working in a fast- paced environment to iterate and ship work that balances user and business needs
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement, both personally and professionally
Nice to have:
Experience in the Web3 or cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
