YOUR JOBS:
Strategic Planning and Research
Conduct market research to inform product development and positioning, focusing on style and price- point benchmarking.
Strategize brands’ collection roadmaps based on a comprehensive understanding of the furniture industry.
Consolidate and analyze sales data to identify collection gaps through quantitative and qualitative research, then deliver cohesive product range plans.
Product Development
Facilitate sample reviews and manage sample improvement processes.
Supervise the product team to meet development timelines.
Oversee the product development cycle, from concept to market launch.
Work closely with design and production teams to ensure product feasibility.
Supervise material and finishing development to align with collection needs.
Process Management
Input and maintain product data in Odoo, including codes, images, line drawings, and packaging details.
Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for product development projects.
Cross- Functional Collaboration
Lead customized orders, guiding them from design to concept approval before handing them over to Sales and R&D
Work with QC/QA teams to establish collection standards and conduct random quality audits on production floors.
Collaborate with marketing teams on go- to- market strategies and assigned tasks for tradeshows.
REQUIRES:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a thorough understanding of systems and processes.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
