What you will do
Research and analyze user behavior( data analysing, market research, user interview and survey) to propose building financial products (lending, repayment …) on MoMo’s apps. Nghiên cứu phân tích hành vi người dùng (phân tích dữ liệu, nghiên cứu thị trường, khảo sát và phỏng vấn người dùng) đề xuất phát triển sản phẩm dịch vụ tài chính (lending, repayment services… ) trên môi trường apps
Propose user flow, wireframe of assigned products, concentrate on excellent user experience and align with MoMo development- orientation . Xây dựng user flow, thiết kế wireframe, tập trung vào trải nghiệm người dùng tốt nhất và phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh của MoMo cho các sản phẩm được phân công.
Deploy product, supervise and monitor product performance in order to enhance product constantly that to be appropriate with user demand and MoMo development- orientation. Tổ chức triển khai sản phẩm tới end user, giám sát và quản lý hiệu quả sản phẩm để liên tục cải tiến sản phẩm phù hợp với nhu cầu của người dùng và định hướng phát triển của công ty
Senior Product Owner: be responsile on product owner of some lending and loan collection products on MoMo’s apps

What you will need
Minimum Qualifications (education)
Bachelor’s degree in business, banking, engineering or related field.
Experience:
Over 2 year experience in developing digital financial solutions and growth hack features (domain lending) in apps is a plus.
From 2 year of IT BA background or banking system architecture is a plus.
Min 3 years of experience in the roles of Product Development/Product Owner/IT BA (domain lending is a plus) in Bank/Financial Institution/Software development company.
Essential skills:
Fluent with build user flow, activity diagram, wireframes, able to understand API documents.
Fluent in using with confluence, Jira, familiar with Figma.
Ready to learn new things quickly and flexible.
Ability to think critically and solve problems.
Team leader skills are a plus.
Understand the SBV’s lending regulation and debt classification and provisioning as well as be able to apply on the practical daily tasks.
Understand UI/UX knowledge basically at least (being excellent is a plus).
Ability to work independently and teamwork, meet deadlines and work under high pressure.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer empathy, ability to thoroughly understand the meaning of product’s business growth data.
