Senior Product Executive, Navigation & Comm

As a Product Owner on Navigation & Discovery Platform, you will be in charge of the first and most important experience of all MoMo users, helping them to navigate and discover new value every day in a convenient way. The role not only requires the person in charge to have a strong UX and data analytic foundation, but also requires constant learning of multiple services inside MoMo and creativity to drive innovation.

Work with design to create new navigation & communication asset format.
Collaborate strategically with vertical business team to create holistics growth plan across acquisition, retention and reactivation on Home.
Work with AI/ML to form new hypothesis on service recommendation to the right user at the right time.
Work with tech to ensure delivery and performance stability
Identify room for growth and conduct experiment towards better outcomes.

Detailed in execution and product excellence.
Prior experience in Home, Growth or Digital marketing with proven tracking record in uplifting conversion metrics is a plus.
2- 3+ years of PM management experience
Strong competitor research skill, user psychology and wireframing skills.
Strong and efficient communicator, open and growth mindset when working cross- team.
Comfortable with analyzing business and growth metrics.
