What you will do
Lead the product development process, working closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high- quality features;
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation;
Act as the primary point of contact for platform- related queries and issues, providing clear and effective communication to stakeholders;
Define the product vision and strategy for the OTA Platform in alignment with business objectives;
Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and company goals;
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision- making and drive continuous improvement;
Ensure platform functionalities are user- friendly, scalable, and reliable.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including Vertical teams, to gather and prioritize requirements;
What you will need
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
IT Business Analyst (ITBA) experience;
Strong understanding of OTA services and platform functionalities;
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence);
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Platform and scalable mindset, with a focus on product- led growth;
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an OTA or related industry;
Data- driven approach with strong data analysis skills to identify and resolve issues.
Experience with operation tools and UI/UX design;
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively;
