Senior Product Executive, Search & Recommendation

As a Product Owner on Navigation & Discovery Platform, you will be in charge of the first and most important experience of all Momo users, helping them to navigate and discover new value every day in a convenient way. The role not only requires the person in charge to have a strong UX and data analytic foundation, but also requires constant learning of multiple services inside Momo and creativity to drive innovation.

Work with tech to ensure delivery and performance stability.
Work with design to create new navigation & communication asset format;
Collaborate strategically with vertical business team to create holistics growth plan across acquisition, retention and reactivation;
Work with AI/ML to form new hypothesis on service recommendation to the right user at the right time;
Identify bottlenecks with data- driven approach and able to suggest creative ways to solve using both logic and design approach;
Identify room for growth and conduct experiment towards better outcomes;

Prior experience in Search & Recommender system;
Comfortable with analyzing metrics & diagnose problems;
2- 3+ years of PM management experience;
Detailed in execution and product excellence;
Strong and efficient communicator, open and growth mindset when working cross- team.
Strong competitor research skill, user psychology and wireframing skills;
