As a Senior Product Executive in the Bank & Source of Fund team, you will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that increase user engagement, optimize user acquisition, and deepen the relationship with our partner banks and financial institutions. This position requires a blend of product expertise, and data- driven decision- making to design, build, and launch products that align with MoMo’s goals
What you will do
Product Execution:
Utilize data and insights to identify trends, optimize features, and prioritize enhancements based on customer needs and business impact.
Drive feature development from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Collaborate with Product Managers to define the roadmap for MoMo’s banking and funding products.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with partner banks and financial institutions to ensure mutual alignment on product goals, delivery timelines, and promotional activities.
Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless and efficient product launches.
User- Centric Product Design:
Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to shape product features that drive user engagement and retention.
Identify opportunities for financial education and guidance to help users optimize their spending and savings.
Data- Driven Decision Making:
Implement A/B testing, user feedback sessions, and other methods to iterate on products and ensure high user satisfaction.
Analyze product performance using key metrics (engagement, conversion, retention) to continuously improve the customer experience.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all banking and source of fund features comply with relevant regulations and risk management policies.
Work with the compliance team to incorporate risk mitigation measures into product planning and execution.
What you will need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
