Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our digital health products. You will work cross- functionally with engineering, design, content, and marketing teams to enhance user engagement, increase monetization opportunities, and ensure our platforms deliver value to both users and business stakeholders.
Define and track key product KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact.
Conduct user research, analyze data, and leverage insights to drive product decisions and innovation.
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a market- leading product.
Own the end- to- end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (engineering, design, content, data, marketing) to build and optimize features that improve user engagement and retention.
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key digital health offerings.
Contribute to a strong product culture by sharing best practices, mentoring junior PMs, and fostering collaboration.
Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, balancing user needs with business objectives.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, user research, and data- driven decision- making.
Demonstrates great attention to details
Well- versed and comfortable carrying conversations in English
Experience working in agile environments, with a solid understanding of product development processes.
Experience: 3- 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer tech, media, or digital health.
Engineering background is required.
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to drive results.
Eduction: Engineering/Technology background is required.
Passion for building innovative digital products that transform the healthcare industry.
Nice to Have
Experience working in Southeast Asian markets.
Familiarity with AI- driven products, chatbots, or personalization technologies.
Experience in community- driven products.
Background in growth, engagement, or monetization strategies.
Experience with design tools like Figma.
