Responsibilities:
Works with business stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy & roadmap for assigned product areas
Drives and Co- owns UX improvements of assigned product areas, ensure that designs meet user needs and are intuitive
Leads initiatives across some product areas or features that directly contribute to the company’s long- term vision
Owns customer feedback initiatives of assigned product areas, ensuring that feedback is systematically incorporated into decision- making processes
Develop technical specifications for the LeapXpert FMOP platform
Own key product areas, including API architecture and third- party integrations
Uses data, market research and industry best practices to inform product decisions and prioritization, ensuring that metrics are tied to key business outcomes
Owns the development of feature specifications for complex and strategic initiatives. Engages stakeholders early to align on scope and execution while ensuring even edge cases are addressed
Drives the end- to- end product delivery process for key features or initiatives at Epic- level, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned, and dependencies are addressed
Owns development backlogs of 1 or 2 scrum teams
Collaborate with Engineering Leaders to drive the technical direction of the product roadmap, addressing complex topics such as performance, scalability, and reliability
Work with front- line stakeholders (business owners, customer success teams) in (some) client projects to drive expectations and get requirements
