Requirements
Experience:
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 3 years as a Product Manager or in a related role (e.g., Business Analyst), preferably in CRM, ERP, SaaS, or AI.
- Experience developing Insurtech products for the US market is a plus.
- Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into product features.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Market analysis, feature prioritization, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze, write business documentation, and build simple user flows and wireframes.
- Familiarity with CRM system integration with other platforms (e.g., ERP, payment systems, data analytics tools).
- Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields (Degree not required if hands- on experience is strong).
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or Figma.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and stay flexible in a startup environment.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from design, development, testing to deployment, with a strong grasp of UX Analysis/Design for Web and App.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of SaaS architecture, including cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), API integration, and microservices.
Preferences:
- Fluent in English to work with international partners and documents.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum process and MVP development.
- Experience developing CRM or SaaS products from early stages.
