Job description
Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in JIRA (or other Agile tools) to ensure the team works on the highest priority features.
Validation For Testing: Work closely with the QC team to validate that product deliverable meets the business requirements, assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring quality deliverables.
Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance the product.
Product Documentation: Translate business needs and stakeholders’ requests into detailed PRD, Wireframing or crafting User Stories, Use Cases, Diagrams for the development team.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients and users.
Planning and Execution: Actively participate in sprint planning (Scrum) with Agile mindset, providing clear acceptance criteria for user stories, and ensuring the development team understands the requirements.
Lead a BA to develop a platform on an end to end basis: Research, analysis, design, validate with potential users, follow up and do acceptance tests of the products.
Product Deliverable: Ensure the product delivers a high- quality user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers and ensuring the development team builds to specs. Have a keen mindset about quality of deliverables.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and understand market needs, to ensure clear understanding between the development team and stakeholders by bridging communication gaps.
Your skills and experience
Basic understanding of functional, emotional and feasible aspects of UI design, encompassing both the big picture connect the relationships within the complexities of overall designs.
Standard proficiency in product design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure RP or alternatives.
A Bachelor&039;s degree in any field is welcomed.
Ability to work independently.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in professional product development for web and mobile apps.
Good communication and collaboration.
