Senior Product Owner (Banking Industry)

The Senior Product Owner establishes, develops, and manages products & services for SME banking, coordinating with the Sales Division to handle product development demand, hands- on daily work with the tech development team (scrum team).

Collecting, analyzing information about customers: operating, methodology, business plans, financial statements, .. to understand the characteristics and business model, customer&039;s key success and risk factors and consult financial solutions for customers
Product Strategy: understand the characteristics, needs, markets, competitive banking products ... of SME customer segments
Collect/learn about the assumptions and sources of potential customers (leads) to understand the characteristics, needs, markets, competitive banking products ...

Products Development:

Gather and analyze customer insights to develop new product feature requirements and enhancement plans.
Standard Product and Service, package product, business program including deposit, credit, services, trade finance, foreign exchange, derivatives, and other products for SME business customers.
Run daily scrums, manage product backlog, develop requirement documentation, manage support tickets and unblock barriers to progress for 1- 2 squads.
Draw up the solution delivery procedures to the customer, administer the solution delivery plan to the customer according to the designed process.
Agile Product Development and Responsible for designing solutions according to customer&039;s journey.
Facilitate daily stand- ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews and drive sprints with Scrum Master.

Requirements:

Good English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
University degree prioritizes Economics / Finance / Banking / Business Administration / Accounting / Auditing.
Experience with Agile development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally
Minimum of 7+ years in the field of banking product development, 3+ SME/Corporate banking.
Able to travel to work when required.
Experience working in multi- location, multi- country environments
