Conduct field research (operations, end- users) to validate and understand product usage flows.
Collaborate with the UX/UI team to review and ensure design alignment before development.
Act as a bridge between departments (Business – Product – Tech), ensuring the product is developed with correct business logic and on schedule.
Write and update detailed product documentation (BRD/PRD, user flows, rules, data mapping).
Participate in building dashboards, configuring systems, and automating workflows if applicable.
Work with stakeholders and departments to gather requirements, define features, and model business processes into digital products.
Proactively contribute to internal process improvements and the long- term development direction of the product.
Oversee and be accountable for the entire product development lifecycle: from analysis and design to development, testing, acceptance, and release (Analysis → Dev → Test → UAT → Release).
Requirements:
Education:
University graduate or higher (full- time program).
Preferred majors: Information Technology, System Management, Engineering, Economics, Digital Product Management, or Logistics.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in building or operating complex products (e.g., internal products, multi- system, multi- business processes).
At least 8 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager.
In- depth experience in building and developing ERP systems, especially modules related to Human Resource Management (HRM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

Able to read and understand data models, operation flows, and basic knowledge of backend/frontend.
Proficient with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, and Figma.
Strong business analysis and system logic skills.
Preferred: hands- on experience with field research, value stream mapping, and BPMN.
Strong coordination skills with stakeholders (Business, Product, Tech) and ability to manage project timelines.
Deep understanding of ERP system architecture and data flows, especially HR and user permission processes.
Ability to write detailed and clear product documents (PRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
