System Architecture Design: Strong experience in designing and implementing system architectures, including defining technical solutions and making high- level design decisions.
Backend engineering experience: at least 7 years of backend engineering experience in one or more programming languages (Python, Java).
Adaptability & hustle: You thrive in an ever- evolving environment, where you can wear many hats, pivot quickly, and move fast without losing focus on the big picture.
Customer focussed: You can talk to directly customers or subject matter experts and ask questions to deeply understand their needs so that you can deliver products that resonate.
AI Tools: Proficient with Cursor or Windsurf; comfortable integrating AI tools into the development workflow.
