Our customer is a Japanese firm based in Hong Kong. We specialize in manufacturing of parts and supplies in Office Automation and Medical equipment. We are now looking for a high caliber personnel to fill up the below position in our Vietnam factory
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Execute the periodical performance evaluation to his belonging workers/supervisor/managers and share/explain the strategy or demand to human resource manager.
Dealing with external problems like negotiation of ongoing work with business partners.
Monthly production management regarding manpower usage, productivity, quality. Compared with company’s plan, giving improvement method to achieve.
Communicate and executive management strategies under the roles and responsibilities.
Implementation of training tasks such as: skill, working attitude and mindset with the purpose of improvement of higher performance demonstration at work and become human resource who can provide more results/profitable values to Company.
Create a comfortable working environment for junior managers, leaders, and workers aimed at working in a healthy, rewarding, and stable manner.
Work together with section Managers to perform overall management of production fields.
Report on- site situation to upper management, such as progress of work and problem occurs.
Responsible for managing operation while assuming all risks. Inform members of the thoroughness of compliance, and when trouble occurs, give appropriate instruction and response.
Create the manpower plan and manpower allocation to production sections and submission for the final approval.
Future issues and risk signals for production and company are also reported leading to development and risk management of the company.
ISO implementation and Kaizen implementation within his roles.
Profitability management: Under the annual budget of manufacturing, take measures against problematic issues and manage the budget and actual result on a monthly basis. Checking progress of cost reduction (defect/loss reduction & productivity improvement issues, giving instruction and guidance to the PIC for problem items and reflect it in next month’s profit.
Dealing with internal problems with related section Managers for arising issue problems.
Other tasks as Management’s requirement.
Suggestion of the performance evaluation format and skill matrix to human resource manager and discussion for the same agreement before implementation.
YÊU CẦU
Education: University Degree at least.
Strong sense of responsibility, good management skills, ability to interact with all levels.
Nationality: Vietnamese
Good knowledge of production management skill and quality management or ISO system will be an advantage
Good problem – solving skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
Language: MUST communicate in ENGLISH or JAPANESE (speaking and writing skill). Japanese communication is one of priority during interview
Strong analytical skills and ability to strive for continuous improvement.
At least 10 years relevant working experiences, 2~3 years working in Vietnam preferable.
QUYỀN LỢI
Working time: 07:30- 16:30 from Monday to Friday
Daily taxi arrangement: Ha Noi / Nam Dinh <–> Company (Hoa Mac IP) and vice versa.
07:30- 16:30 Saturday (entitled for alternate off for Saturday and every Sunday).
Time for making the payment of Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance: After 2- month probation.
