OBJECTIVES
This is an important role within Cards Digital & Inorganic portfolio unit and the key responsibility of the incumbent is to build cards ENR book profitably through inorganic measures such as IPP, ACL & Fast Cash all contributing to cash loans through alternate channels.
The objective of the role is to improve the card utilization by creating the largest HOTSPOT of cash sourcing and distribution network across Vietnam. The same shall be achieved not only by co-operating with offline partner stores but also through leading online platforms and apps.
COMMUNICATION
Internal: Risk, Operations, Technology, Customer Service, Sales and Finance
Rolling out new products & propositions, chalking out and executing portfolio optimization strategies, driving inorganic spends & usage for the overall card portfolio.
External: Large E-com retailers, TELCOs, Loyalty and fulfilment vendors, Outsourced technology providers etc.
To forge strategic alliances to grow cash loan sourcing, improve customer acquisition through alternate channels & develop inorganic usage programs & processes to increase sourcing through key partners
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuously monitor competition and marketplace to widen the scope of Installment Payment Plans. Developing and launching ongoing offers and promotions
Work with Activation and usage teams to work out segment level offers for FE Credit Customers to promote IPP. Regularly work with loyalty & retention team to promote IPP product and also use it as a retention tool.
Regularly monitor trends to arrive at a propensity model so that the partner productivity improves. Work with IT to create a robust sales / CRM platform that shall enable partners for seamless conversions, will also drive marketing campaigns and pursue new technologies like digital IPP.
Monitor the portfolio and take actions to grow IPP, Fast cash & ACL propositions to improve limit utilization of FE Credit cardholders in a most profitable manner. Manage a volume VND 800 B on a monthly basis. This will translate to an annual volume of VND 10 T and 1.5 M customers
Continuously tie-up with new souring partners with an objective to increase cash loans sourcing distribution in excess of 100K points in next 2-3 years. Monitor the yields on the portfolio and take efforts to maximize the yield as well as fee income. Work with multiple units including BICC on customer segmentation and creating new IPP features as well as new IPP channels. Ongoing interaction with partnership team to ensure new tie-ups & understand the support required to achieve the ambitious growth plans
Work with Product team on a regular basis to ensure that receivable building programs have a wider reach through statement inserts, product brochures etc. Work on developing new propositions such as Digital IPP and mainstream it with relevant marketing promotions
