Role & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage partnership contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for effective communication between GRT and its partners.
- Monitor and track the progress and outcomes of related projects.
- Handle other related tasks as required.
- Collaborate with other program coordinators to organize, supervise, and ensure seamless execution of trips and activities for students.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders for insights and feedback.
- Plan and execute promotional activities for GRT.
- Procure necessary supplies for program setup and execution.
- Support interns with placement and host- related matters when needed.
- Conduct regular check- ins with partners to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and host companies.
Are you the right fit?
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop effective partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership.
- Proficient in Microsoft skills.
- Strong problem- solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with education or related industries; knowledge of the Singapore environment is a plus.
- Proven experience in negotiation and contract management, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross- functional teams and thrive in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.
