Senior Program Leader - Digital Marketing

Curriculum Development:
For the new curriculum framework: Ability to plan, develop course outlines, curriculum frameworks, and learning materials.
For existing curriculum frameworks:

Collaborate with content creators to compile course outlines and learning materials for subjects.
Directly create course outlines and learning materials for subjects (including slides, labs, quizzes, assignments, projects).
Quality check course outlines and learning materials before review.

Curriculum Review:

Participate in curriculum review activities as arranged by the Training Management Department.

Development of Faculty / Expert Team:

Guide training departments/subject areas/instructors at different branches on program content and the correct use of learning materials according to Academy&039;s regulations and processes.
Search for and develop a team of experts/instructors suitable for the training products and the educational environment at Academy to support the development of training programs.

Other Duties:

Participate in teaching classes as needed to support the development of training programs (in accordance with the current teaching hour limits).
Perform other tasks as required by higher- level management.
Provide support, consultation, and coordination with other departments in organizing online/offline activities related to training.

Good analytical and problem- solving skills to make data- driven decisions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Experience in Curriculum Development, Teaching, and Education skills and management in Digital Marketing.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex information and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders.
