Manage additional requests and changes in accordance with company procedures.
Collaborate with a talented team to deliver SAP projects, including rollout, implementation, and AMS (Application Management Services).
Supervise, support, and motivate team members to adhere to project timelines and milestones.
Monitor and control the project scope in alignment with the signed contract.
Regularly review and adjust project plans after each stage to ensure continued alignment with objectives.
Participate in evaluation and analysis activities prior to project initiation to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Work closely with IT teams from both sides to set up the required hardware infrastructure.
Develop and implement plans to ensure quality control during project handover.
Identify potential risks, devise preventive measures, and establish mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Comply with the organization’s project management and quality assurance standards and processes.
Perform project management duties, leading the team to achieve objectives and fulfill stakeholders’ expectations.
Coordinate with other departments to plan and allocate resources effectively for each project phase.
Document and share project successes and lessons learned with relevant stakeholders and departments.
Conduct performance evaluations of team members upon project closure.
Negotiate and formalize agreements with customers regarding project phases, acceptance criteria, communication methods, roles, and responsibilities.
Requirements
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Strong capability in task allocation and resource management.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Over 10 years of experience with at least 3- 4 years working with ERP/SAP projects
Skilled in using at least one project management tool effectively.
Solid understanding of Project Management processes and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and PMP certification is a strong advantage.
Proven experience managing at least 5 full- cycle ERP implementation/rollout projects or support & development projects.
