Make decisions regarding the workflow across multiple releases.
Develop and oversee adaptive delivery plans for multiple Vietnam Engineering teams.
Own and maintain delivery roadmaps for Sub- Domains.
Plan and coordinate the integration of new solutions across Sub- Domains.
Support financial management for business outcomes and epics within the release process.
Keep stakeholders updated on overall progress against release commitments.
Serve as the driving force for release planning and implementing software releases (epics and features) into production, ensuring effective management of cross- domain dependencies.
Manage dependencies between squads, remove roadblocks, and collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Facilitate execution across diverse Agile development teams to align strategy and execution.
Act as an escalation point for resolving issues, risks, and bottlenecks.
Oversee release train sequencing and capacity planning.
Ensure capacity plans are updated in Rally, maintain backlog hygiene, and manage financials related to business outcomes.
Coach the team on delivering software releases (epics and features) while supporting the adoption of improved workflows and practices through Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Plan go- live events, including contingency plans, rollback strategies, and rehearsals.
Handle vendor management when applicable.
Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Squads to progressively refine business outcomes into epics and features, ensuring the right balance of planning and design for delivery focused on eNable.
Manage financials and ensure the timely delivery of releases.
Facilitate twice- weekly Scrum of Scrums meetings with associated Scrum Masters to address blockers while developing features for a single business outcome.

Strong strategic planning and decision- making skills, particularly regarding the flow of work across multiple releases.
Extensive knowledge and experience with Agile software development life cycles and processes.
Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships with senior stakeholders through formal and informal networks.
Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, focusing on large- scale IT or business projects.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Expertise in Agile and adaptive delivery models, including associated mindsets.
Proficient in project management, including dependency management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and business process- driven solutions.
Nice to have:
Additional degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Familiarity with microservices, web, and cloud technologies.
Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master, are highly desirable.
Experience working in large enterprise environments, such as banking.
Proven ability to manage financials and ensure timely delivery of releases.
Domain expertise in areas like data, data migration, security, networking, hardware, MS platforms, or desktop applications is advantageous.
