Senior Project Sales (Construction Chemical) - Bắc Ninh/ Hà Nội (Good at English)

Objectives of the role:

Report on sales performance, opportunities, forecasts and always endeavour to achieve current Budgets at all times.
To lead, manage and direct the sales effort, maximising sales opportunities by promotion of the full product range.
Develop and implement a marketing strategy that provides the best opportunity to maximize selling prices, margin and collections in full alignment with the Group Strategic Objectives.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Achieve quarterly personal objectives
Develop the customer base further to add additional revenue streams and growth opportunities through development of solutions to solve the customer problems and differentiate the company from the competition
To identify and manage Key Customers by developing close customer relations and taking a lead role in any major projects.
Perform any other duties assigned by Regional Sales Manager
Provide a monthly report on progress against KPI’s and business objectives, whilst suggesting further objectives to improve position
Attend weekly/monthly team meetings
Managing the assigned market area/segment.. to achieve volume and gross margin targets
Day to day management of the sales effort, directly or through the sales unit to ensure delivery of the budget sales target

Understanding the key business drivers and converting into profitable sales
Understanding of construction sector, and its internal divers
Analytical skills
Able to complete a business plan, and execute business objectives
3 yrs working experience as a Senior Project Sales in the Building and Construction industry
