Senior Public Relation - Marketing, Shopee

Plan, execute and evaluate campaigns with event organizer for marketing or brand building.
Organize media invitations, press conferences, create press release, distribute press release.
Manage the workflow and budget allocation.
Run consumer products campaigns, and work closely with the commercial team for product launch.
Maximize both the quality and quantity of PR articles.
Build and organize CSR project.
Monitor and ensure that the coverage meets the set forth KPI both in terms of coverage quantity and quality.
Manage and coordinate with PR Reg/internal team for press releases, press release distribution, press conferences, media event, management interviews, coverage report, post report and other activities that related to media.
Reinforce long- term relationships with top tier media and working closely with media advertising department.
Enhance the number of corporate information, Brand partnership news, CSR angles.
Handle media response and actively tracking alert/ coordinate with another team/ solve crisis ticket.
Create & handle corporate content/ MD interview and presentation.
Responsible for designing and driving the PR strategy.
Monitor tasks of PR such as communication implementation, campaign deployment, campaign clipping report, monitoring payment process with accountant and every other administration task.

A creative mind and adept at content creation for the various PR channels.
Proven track record of corporate and relationship management (both internal and external).
Problem- solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow- through.
At least 3 years of experience in PR.
Bachelor&039;s degree minimum required.
