JOB DESCRIPTION
This position takes full responsibilities for the Purchasing and Planning function of the Company and reports directly to Managing Director
PURCHASING:
Follow up and ensure smooth production process and resolve problems
Follow up orders from CS and check the in- house production capacity to decide to produce in- house or outsource to suppliers and manage tracking.
Manage updated layout and send to Production/ Supplier
Create & manage PO in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on- time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.
To response and ensure the customer enquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner
To take care, evaluate suppliers’ performance
Other tasks as required
Periodically analyze and adjust lot sizes and lead times based upon sale demands and production capacity. Minimize change over as well as level of inventory
To procedure payments for outsourcing suppliers
Sourcing, Visit & Audit outsource suppliers in order to handle the order process smoothly
PLANNING:
Other tasks as required.
Coordinate activities with department managers and supervisors throughout the organization to ensure timely delivery
Liaise with Purchasing Dept for delivery schedule. Make sure no shortage materials for production and keep at approved inventory levels
Monitor actual production and inventory in order to better plan, interpret variances, and correct problems as necessary to meet customer commitments
Control capacity of each production lines, and liaise with production dept for production schedule
Ensure goods delivery on time
Direct production planning and control activities. Optimize production processes and schedules to meet production and shipping objectives

Based on inventory & production plans, make plans for Purchasing of: raw materials, packaging materials and other items in Bill of Material (BOM)
Manage outsourced and in- house order production and tracking
