Senior QA Engineer

JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:
REPORTING TO: QA Lead
The Senior QA oversees validation and delivery of products from the center. He/She is expected to lead a project ensuring continuous testing during elaboration, as well as release testing.
Ingenico Android Competence Center is tasked with building and maintaining reference software to use across all regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Agile Project Lead to understand features and establish tests strategy (unit, integration)
Manage release identification and validation (CI)
Coordinate with development group for continuous validation (unit tests)
Work with QA Lead to define KPI for QA team, manage KPI and report to Direct Manager
Build test cases, continuously improve test coverage
Support automation team to develop automation tool
Assess test effort and establish test plans
Guide members on tools and processes

SKILLS/COMPETENCY SPECIFICATION
Competency/Skill Requirements:

Knowledge of Payment domain is a plus
Be able to self- study & investigate technical issues in a certain period of time
Critical & creative thinker
Good at leadership (having team leading experience with team size 2~5 members is preferred)
Good knowledge base of Project Management
Good at problem solving and communication skills
High- level analytical skills
Excellent knowledge base of Quality Control & Quality Assurance
Be active & good at teamwork
Hand- on experience in testing mobile applications, especially Android apps

Languages:

English communication

Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

5+ years of experience testing field

Chance to go onsite/other countries for training
