Senior QA Engineer (Manual Tester, QC, English)

As a Senior QA Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Utilising your experience to bridge the gap between end- users and the technical team, ensuring on time delivery.
Prioritising the customer by adopting their perspective with empathy, ensuring that user needs are always at the forefront of testing efforts.
Leading and facilitating effective collaboration with user testing panels and customer teams, with clear communication and a mutual understanding of testing needs.
Collaborating closely with product, engineering and data science teams to grasp business requirements, and stress quality into every aspect of the product.
Possessing strong communication skills to effectively convey testing requirements and strategies, choosing the most appropriate methods based on specific use cases.
Developing detailed test plans, test suites, and test cases to increase test coverage across each feature.

Proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive regression testing strategies to ensure the continuous reliability of software.
Solid understanding of SQL, databases, and various data management tools.
Practical experience with both manual and automated testing processes.
Experience with development tools and practices, such as GitHub, and deployment strategies.
5+ years of experience in testing B2B SaaS products or a similar role.
Experience with AI product testing will be considered an advantage.
Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and standards.
Skilled in the use of manual testing tools, e.g. TestRail and Katalon.
Familiarity with marketing software technologies and their testing requirements.
Ability to analyse requirements, design test scenarios, and develop innovative test cases.
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to delve into technical details and work closely with engineering teams.
