Senior QA Engineer (Team Lead, Software Tester)

Responsibilities

Join our team to build the next generation of UI ideation & prototyping software, powered by AI. You will lead our QA team and work with our engineering and product team to ensure our software and delivery quality. Below are some key responsibilities we expect of you:

First and foremost, you must be an excellent tester yourself! You are expected to get your hands dirty, work on the most complicated test scenarios, and be the role model for other members of the QA team
Manage and estimate tasks for each release cycle
Own the test strategy and define test plan for each software release
Test and lead QA team to test features, including both automated and manual tests
Work with product team to understand features and provide early feedback
Investigate production effects, analyze root causes and define mitigation plan

Excellent interpersonal and independent working skills
Likely having 3+ years of experience in web- based software testing
Strong critical thinking and problem- solving skills
Strong computer science foundation and knowledge of SDLC
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools
