Senior QA/QC (Denim)

Make inline and final inspection reports by Company software system
Cooperate with related departments to develop the quality management system
Report on the production status and quality of the management team
Supervise, evaluate and resolve the related issues in production
Consult and provide a suitable solution to meet customer, factory requirements
Control the inline production quality
Perform any other job assignments as per instruction from the upper manager
Update and implement customer requirements, information from line manager and related departments
Research the production methods and provide inspection processes, solutions, support QA/QC department to develop the Company Quality system and software
Daily monitor and report to ensure the factories execute and perform exactly with implemented quality standards of Company, QC/ QA Dept
Support providing the material and product quality inspection standards
Inspect the finishing garments, do the final inspection before shipment
Support to research products and customer requirements to create the quality standard
Inspect all the inline operations Inspect and monitor the technical measurement, documents, material quality to meet customer requirements

Minimum 03- 05 years of experience specializing in Denim for a similar position
Withstand high work pressure
Good communication, clear presentation
Able to travel for business when needed
Be proficient in office computer
Graduated from intermediate/college or higher, majoring in fashion design/ Garment
Good at specialized English, communicate in English
Be sensitive and react quickly when situations arise
Know how to read Tech pack, Trimslist
