Senior QA/QC Engineer (Manual/Automation Test, English)

Your role & responsibilities
Join our dynamic QA team as a Senior QA/QC Engineer where you&039;ll design, develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases and automated test scripts for API, Web, and Mobile applications. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high- quality solutions to our customers in the US.

Office Commitment: On- site work is mandatory for at least 3 days per week.
Support: Assist in troubleshooting issues reported by users or stakeholders from the US.
Automation Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts.
Collaboration: Work with teams in Vietnam and the US to evaluate and clarify product requirements and designs.
Defect Management: Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect- tracking system.
Time zone Coordination: Preferably work in the morning to align with the California time zone, with a daily catch- up at 6 AM. Flexible working hours can be arranged for the rest of the day.
Manual Testing: Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases using the selected toolkit of the company and client.

Technology Adaptability: Eagerness to study and use new technologies, especially AI and RPA.
Web and Mobile Testing: Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
Interest in Testing: Open- mindedness and self- motivation.
Fluency in English: Comfortable communicating with native speakers, both written and oral.
Healthcare Industry: Experience in testing software/applications for the healthcare industry is a plus.
Automation Testing: Experience with any framework and programming language is a plus but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Tool Familiarity: Knowledge of issue and test management tools like Jira, TestRail, etc.
Problem- Solving: Strong problem- solving skills and attention to details.
No- Code/Low- Code Tools: Willingness to learn and work with tools like UI.Vision.

Collaboration: Full- time position with deep collaboration with foreign clients.
