Senior QC Engineer (Automation Test, Agile)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our
team. As a Senior QC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high- quality
software by collaborating with various stakeholders, guiding junior team members, enhancing
processes, and contributing to a positive team culture.

Design comprehensive test strategies, covering diverse scenarios and edge cases for thorough product evaluation.
Proactively acquire knowledge and skills for career advancement.
Conduct knowledge- sharing sessions once a month on selected topics.
Guide and elevate Junior QC Engineers, fostering their skills and contributing to their professional growth.
Ensure timely task completion with a focus on maintaining comprehensive documentation and test reports.
Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance QA/QC efficiency.
Aid in importing and collecting test cases into a test management platform for future automation process development (e.g., TestRail).
Work closely with Product Owners (PO) and Developers to comprehend tasks, providing effective solutions.
Receive task allocation, guidance, and support from supervisors to ensure clear project understanding.
Collaborate with current developers for end- to- end integration of implemented features.
Provide ideas to improve productivity and assist the team in accomplishing tasks or enhancing the system.
Proactively research and follow up on tasks to ensure successful feature delivery to the production environment.
Smoothly communicate with colleagues to accomplish tasks seamlessly.
Build a high- performing team with measurable indicators, fostering continuous growth.

Automation testing knowledge.
Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science or related field.
Effective in both independent and group work.
Minimum 2 years in ecommerce and ERP.
Meticulous attention to detail.
