Senior Quality Control (QC) For ERP Project

Guide, train, and support junior QC/Testers, providing direction on building test cases and conducting tests using the correct methodology.
Participate in process improvements, proposing the adoption or upgrade of automation tools if suitable, ensuring the project meets deadlines.
Provide regular progress reports on testing quality to the project management team (PM) and stakeholders, suggesting solutions to minimize risks during implementation.
Design and execute manual or automated tests, ensuring optimal use of resources and time while meeting quality requirements.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Development Leads to assess risks, plan testing, create test schedules, and manage the entire testing process.
Monitor, supervise, and handle issues that arise during testing; analyze, prioritize, and manage defects to optimize team efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the Accounting/Finance team (or reference standard accounting procedures) to build test cases for financial and accounting tasks (AR, AP, GL, etc.).
Take primary responsibility for the quality of one or more critical modules in the ERP system (Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Human Resources, etc.).
Participate in building, maintaining, and improving the test strategy and plan for the ERP project, ensuring high test coverage.
Evaluate test results and participate in code reviews (if necessary) to ensure the ERP system meets functional, stability, and performance requirements.

Job Requirements:

Experience in building Test Strategies, Test Plans, and setting up KPIs for testing, as well as evaluating project quality.
At least 3- 5 years of experience in QC/Tester positions, with preference for candidates who have held Senior/Lead roles, especially in ERP or accounting software projects.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to researching and adopting new technologies.
Proficiency in defect management tools (JIRA, etc.) and testing support tools (Postman, etc.).
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting- Auditing, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in setting up and operating automation test frameworks (Selenium, Katalon, Cypress, Robot Framework, etc.).
ISTQB Advanced certification (or equivalent) or professional certification in Accounting- Auditing.
In- depth understanding of accounting and financial procedures (AR, AP, GL, inventory management, purchasing/sales, etc.) or experience in implementing financial modules in ERP systems.
Experience in managing or leading a small team of QC/Testers during ERP project development.
Ability to lead teams, provide technical guidance, and communicate effectively with stakeholders (PM, BA, Dev).

Competitive salary: 25,000,000- 40,000,000 VND/ month, depending on actual experience.
