Senior Quality Controller

- Work full-time onsite after the Covid19 pandemic in Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh city;
- Monitor debugging process results;
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs;
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements;
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies;
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
- Perform strong test strategies;
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs;
- Mentor and lead tester team.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities;
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions;
- Review test cases and provide feedback how to improve the test-cases to members;
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts;
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools;
- Conduct manual application tests and analyze errors in close teamwork with the project members;
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases;

- Good knowledge in whole project life-cycle (analysis, implementation, testing, and go-live);
- At least 5+ years of experience in manual testing with experience on leading role;
- Structured way of thinking, ability to work independently and accurately with high attention to details;
- Experience with automation testing is a plus;
- Experience in providing test case and test report to client is a plus;
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills in English.
- Good communication, entrepreneurial mindset and open personality;
- ISTQB certification as a plus;
