Senior Quality Controls

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, recommending either manual or automated testing processes as appropriate to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy. Experienced in any of the following tools is a plus: Selenium, JUnit, JMeter, Postman
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to integrate quality control measures into all aspects of our operations.
Analyze data from quality checks to identify trends, report findings, and recommend solutions.
Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and best practices.
Regularly review and update quality control procedures and documentation.
Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations in the e- commerce and retail sectors.
Lead the inspection and testing of products and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain up- to- date knowledge of industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance our quality control practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably within the e- commerce and retail sectors.
Proficiency in English across all competencies, with a required minimum of IELTS 6.0 or an equivalent qualification.
Proven track record of identifying and resolving quality- related issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
