(Senior) Quality Engineer

Define, implement and monitor plant quality and reliability operations and management system to ensure materials, and product specification are according to company policy and ISO standards to meet internal and external customer satisfaction. Work with Engineering team in troubleshooting process and equipment related issues for continuous improvement.
• Lead projects and task force team in driving solution for root cause to quality issues.
• Interfaces with other departments and customer on quality issues and feedback for manufacturing and engineering for corrective/preventive action.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of Quality and Reliability procedures and records per ISO standards.
• Responsible for the training of personnel on Quality and Reliability System requirements and procedures as required.
• Support the New Product/Process Introduction readiness.
• Responsible for problem- solving of internal quality issues and attend to customer complaints.
• Participates in ISO internal and external audit.
• Communicate between different plants and sites to ensure copy smart philosophy is followed.
• Defines and implements corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement activities as assigned.
• Attend to any customer complaints and come out with corrective actions plan.

• 4- 7 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Behavioral:

Proven problem solving skill.
Ability to lead team.
• Technical:
Excellent computer knowledge skills.
Knowledge in Semiconductor field.
Proven knowledge in statistical application.
Preferred Six Sigma knowledge with black belt certification.
Proven Knowledge of ISO standards, VDE or UL requirements.
Knowledge of internal or external audits.
