* (Senior) Quality Engineer (Shuttle bus provided)

Job Summary
As a Senior Quality Engineer, lead quality initiatives for New Product Development, Product Support, and Value Engineering projects. Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and readiness while meeting project goals for time- to- market, cost, and performance.
Key Responsibilities

New Product Development:
Lead risk assessments (design/manufacturing) to ensure quality readiness.
Drive quality improvements for new and existing products.
Develop and execute test procedures to validate product specifications.
Quality Planning:
Lead cross- functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, supply chain) globally.
Develop QC strategies and control plans (incoming, in- process, outgoing) to meet critical- to- quality (CTQ) requirements.
Coordinate with global manufacturing and suppliers for new product launch readiness.
Systems & Processes:
Utilize Microsoft 365/PowerBI for KPI reporting and develop QDA systems for metrics like OEE.
Design DOEs to optimize manufacturing processes (e.g., slitting, heat treatment, assembly).
Metrology:
Develop in- house metrology SOPs and implement best practices with corporate teams.
Support VN HT and PT Metrology Labs with GD&T, CMM programming, and Calypso 2023 expertise.
Redefine measurement standards (MSOP, DMP) for suppliers and in- house use.

Experience: 3+ years as a Senior Quality Engineer, with expertise in metal, plastic, and electronic products.
Education: Bachelor’s in Metallurgical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Knowledge: Proficient in Six Sigma, ISO 9001, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D, AQL Sampling.
Skills:
Fluent in English (written/spoken).
Ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent problem- solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Team player, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
Strong GD&T and 2D/3D mechanical drawing expertise.
