Senior Quality Supervisor (CMM)

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

Follow, monitor quality planning and shipping.
Directs subordinates on day- to- day basis to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.
Collaborate with Engineering and Prototyping Centre to transfer the required quality process and product customized application specific products.
Create, modify CMM programs and deploy FAI for new products, processes.
Translate quality engineering documents into Vietnamese as required supporting Quality (Works instruction, Setup Sheets, Tool Sheets, Operator inspection sheets).
Establish quality standard operating procedures for current or newly improved processes.
Develop skill- set training program of quality operators.
Manage Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) operation.
Understands and follows guidance to ensure work is performed efficiently. Can make decisions within normal operating conditions.
Recommend and implement improvements to quality processes, methods, and controls.
Participate in Lean, Six- sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and yield enhancement activities.
Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review.
Manage a group of quality engineers.
Implement 3D models, blueprints, quality engineering documentation for new or revised products.

Knowledge 3D model design software such as SOLIDWORKS or relevant.
Handle special assignments promptly and professionally.
Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency
At least 5 years of related experience in high precise machining manufacture.
Bachelor’s degree as Mechanical Engineering or another relevant specialization.
Good command of oral and written communication skills, in both Vietnamese and English
Professional skill in reading 2D drawings and understanding GD&T deeply.
Experience in running CMM machines.
Well- developed trouble shooting, problem solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge about hard metals cutting conditions.
Excellent at MS Office
