Senior Quality Supervisor Spartronics Vietnam

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
The primary objective of this position is to oversee and ensure the quality assurance processes within the PCBA production environment. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in addressing real- time quality issues, leading the resolution of challenges, coordinating material review and return processes, and implementing measures to enhance customer satisfaction. This position aims to maintain and improve the overall quality standards of PCBA products through effective leadership, strategic planning, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Additionally, the position holds the responsibility of managing and developing the quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to established quality processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Real- time Action at Quality Clinic:
Organize and implement immediate actions at the Quality Clinic, in real- time, to address daily quality issues on the PCBA production line.
- Leadership Role in Quality Issue Resolution:
Lead the resolution of daily quality issues on the production line, coordinate and support relevant parties to ensure the effectiveness of the process.
- Coordination of MRB and RMA Tasks:
Responsible for coordinating tasks related to Material Review Board (MRB) and Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Resolution of Customer Satisfaction Issues, 8D, CAPA:
Handle and resolve all issues related to customer satisfaction, employing methods such as 8D (8 Disciplines) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Monitoring Production Schedule and Planning:
Monitor the production schedule and develop plans to ensure the quality of PCBA products meets requirements.
- Training and Development of Employees:
Guide, train, and develop employees in the quality field to enhance skills and understanding.
- Leadership of QA Engineer Team:
Take responsibility for leading and guiding the QA Engineer team to achieve quality objectives.
- Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
Regularly generate reports on quality performance and progress of the PCBA production process.
- Management and Maintenance of Quality Data Systems:
Manage and maintain the data systems of the quality team, taking timely actions to ensure accuracy and readiness for use.
- Establishment of Processes and Continuous Improvement Implementation:
Establish and maintain quality processes, implementing continuous improvement measures to enhance product quality.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor&039;s Degree
- Proficient English Skills:
Proficient in English, especially in communicating with customers.
- Diverse Experience in PCBA Manufacturing:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in PCB Assembly (PCBA), with in- depth knowledge of processes and quality requirements.
- Preferential Experience in Box Build Electronic Products:
Experience in Box Build of electronic products is an advantage, especially in managing the quality of complex technical components.
- Management and Team Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to make accurate decisions and lead the team to achieve quality goals.
- Effective Communication Skills:
Strong communication skills, effective in a multicultural environment, ensuring accurate information transmission.
- Dynamic and Flexible:
Ability to work flexibly and effectively in an environment that demands agility and readiness to adjust work plans based on production requirements.
- Analytical and Problem- Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze problems and solve issues comprehensively, implement preventive measures, and continuously improve.
- Solid Knowledge of Quality Processes:
In- depth understanding of quality control processes and Lean Manufacturing practices is a plus.
