Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Job Description:
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and measurements based on tender drawings & specifications.
- Check the quantity, unit rate, manage and update the cost database.
- Be responsible for contract administration, manage claims & certifications, and monitor contractor payments.
- Prepare tender reports and make recommendations on contract awards.
- Prepare project schedules and tender schedules.
- Prepare tender documents for consultant packages and contractor packages.
- Set up costs, budgets, and scopes of work for projects.

- At least 7 years of experience in QS role at large- scale Contractor/ Consultancy/ Client.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in Construction for Residential, High- rise building, and Commercial projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Civil engineering (or QS engineering).
- Strong QS knowledge and experience working with foreign companies.
