Senior Railway Infrastructure Engineer

Job Purpose
• Take primary responsibility for proposing, managing, and supervising all technical aspects related to high- speed railway (HSR) civil works, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, in compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
• Collaborate closely with other technical disciplines and functional teams within the Engineering Division to ensure integrated solutions and optimize overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify technical risks and propose timely corrective and preventive solutions.
• Review and evaluate technical designs, construction methods, materials, and compliance with applicable standards, codes, and specifications.
• Ensure technical consistency, safety, constructability, and operational efficiency of high- speed railway civil infrastructure.
• Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, site inspections, and acceptance committees as required.
• Coordinate closely with: Internal engineering departments, Design consultants, Contractors and subcontractors, Operators and relevant stakeholders
• Manage and supervise design, supervision, inspection, and acceptance activities for railway civil works of high- speed railway projects, including (and/or): StationsBridges and viaducts, Tunnels, Elevated and underground sections, Depots and related facilities
