Job Description
We’re seeking a highly skilled Middle/Senior React Frontend Developer to lead the development of scalable, modular, and high- performance frontend applications using micro frontend architecture. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing reusable components, managing complex state with Redux and RTK Query, and integrating APIs using Axios. This is a hands- on role for someone who thrives in a fast- paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about modern frontend engineering.
Responsibilities

Integrate RESTful APIs using Axios, ensuring robust error handling and efficient data fetching
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical documentation
Design and manage global and local state using Redux Toolkit and RTK Query
Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new tools, libraries, and frameworks
Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
Develop and maintain React- based applications with a focus on performance, modularity, and maintainability
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross- browser compatibility
Architect and implement micro frontend solutions that enable independent deployment and scalability

Required Skills & Experience

Deep understanding of micro frontend architecture (e.g., Module Federation, single- spa, Webpack 5)
Strong expertise in Redux Toolkit (RTK) and RTK Query for state and data management
Proficient in Axios for API integration and asynchronous operations
Solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and frontend performance optimization
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross- functional teams
5+ years of professional experience in React.js development
Experience with component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Chakra UI) and design systems
Experience with Webpack configuration and optimization for performance and modular builds

Nice to Have

Experience with server- side rendering (SSR) and Next.js
Contributions to open- source projects or technical blogs
Knowledge of GraphQL and alternative data- fetching strategies
Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Education or Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
