What will you do

fram^ is now looking for Senior React Native Engineer to play a key role in developing a fashion-tech platform from Sweden using e-commerce and mobile solutions.

The fashion-tech platform will democratize fashion by allowing people to rent, share fashion and at the same time earn money, save money, and do good for the environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Maintain code, diagnose, fix bugs and improve app performance.
• Write unit tests, UI tests and automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.
• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release).
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends.

• 3 years+ in Mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Strong proficiency in React Native.
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript (and TypeScript or ClojureScript) language, including ES6+ syntax.
• Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming and its design principles.
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code.
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ.
• Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha.
