Senior Recruiter

Screen candidates resumes and job applications using Vietnamese and English
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to upper management
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Other tasks as required by Management Board
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Design and implement overall recruiting process for different countries
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

Proven work experience as a Recruiter minimum 2 years, preferably in a startup/ e commerce or education company
Can communicate in English
Hard- working, committed and able to work under pressure
Strong decision- making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Human- oriented with teamwork spirit
