Senior Recruitment Consultant

Quess Vietnam is a subsidiary of Quess Corp Limited, headquartered in India, and has geographic locations scale across APAC & North America. We provide HR services including Permanent Recruitment, Payroll Admin, Payroll Staffing, HR Outsourcing, and Reference Checks.
Responsibilities:
• Executive search and selection finding the good "match" to Client&039;s Vacancy.
• In charge full cycle of recruitment process.
• Weekly report with team leader to track KPI and ensure the personal target achieved.
• Finding new clients, giving the consultancy to make the "deal" success.
• Acting as Mentor for our young Talents, to help them develop their skill to achieve the team&039;s success.
• Opening for both level Middle and Senior.
• Teamwork to develop good understanding of client companies.
Requirements:
• Proven track records of successfully hiring positions
• Result- oriented, highly motivated, a team player with good customer service mindset.
• English communication.
• Ideally from 3+ years recruitment experience, background from headhunting agency is preferred.
