Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and enrich client and candidate database
 Key Account Management for clients
 Personal interview with qualified candidates
 Train, supervise, and support junior recruiters
 Produce necessary reports and supporting documents for candidate presentation
 B2B Business Development
 Gather contact details based on criteria given by the team
 Search & screen candidates
 Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
 Execute job orders in standard timeframes
